Terms of Service

Each job is quoted by phone before dispatch, with the $89 service call already inside the figure. That figure is what the card is charged. It only changes if you change the job on site, and any such change is quoted and approved first.

Ranges on the website are typical, not binding; the phone quote binds. Evening arrivals carry +$45 and overnight arrivals +$80, always inside the number you were given.

We check that whoever asks to be let in has the right to be there — an ID with the address on it, a lease, a registration, or a manager who vouches for it. Where that check fails, the technician leaves without opening anything.

Picking and manipulation are tried before anything else. Drilling requires your explicit approval, given after the replacement hardware and price are set out.

Labour carries 90 days of cover from the date of the visit; hardware is covered by the manufacturer. Misuse, a subsequent forced entry, or another trade's changes are excluded from both.

You pay when the work is complete, by card or contactless, and receive an itemised invoice by email. A cancellation after the technician has reached the address carries the fee quoted at booking.

As far as the law permits, our liability for any claim from a job is limited to what was paid for it. Liability that cannot legally be limited remains in place.
